FarSight Design
is a boutique website design shop specializing in websites for the creative arts community. It began when I started painting with my wife and met other artists active in the Rhode Island arts community who needed websites. Many belonged to the Providence Art Club. They organized local plein-air outings as well as trips to Monhegan Island, Maine for week-long painting expeditions. Others were local weavers. They were a fun group to hang out with and creating websites for them allowed me to express my artistic interests in another way that incorporated my technical background. After taking a series of web design courses at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) I decided to launch FarSight Design.

We want your investment in your website to be productive. Our mission is to provide you with a custom website creatively designed to convey the information and imagery necessary to attract customers to your business or service
The home-page should make a very positive initial impression. The user interface must be intuitive so as to allow the viewer to easily find the information he/she is seeking. And the experience of doing so must be pleasing, artistic and efficient.
Let us design your site for you. Our most robust design platform is Dreamweaver. This gives us unlimited design flexibility. We can also put together a WordPress, SquareSpace or other popular template based sites for you if that is your preference. We think you will find the collaborative process that we embrace refreshing, satisfying and fun!
